Nel caso in cui non si disponga più delle credenziali di accesso, o queste siano state smarrite, è possibile utilizzare la procedura di recupero tramite codice fiscale. La procedura è accessibile al seguente indirizzo:

Il recupero avviene in due fasi:

• La prima fase consente di recuperare lo username, anche se già noto.

• La seconda fase consente di procedere con il recupero della password.

Le credenziali verranno inviate all’indirizzo email personale registrato nel sistema Esse3. 

If access credentials are no longer available or have been lost, a recovery procedure can be used by entering the Italian tax code (codice fiscale). The procedure is available at the following address:

The recovery process is divided into two steps:

• The first step allows for the retrieval of the username, even if already known.

• The second step allows for the password to be recovered.

 Credentials will be sent to the personal email address registered in the Esse3 system.
